37.5 hours per week
Salary range between £20,456 to £26,556 dependent on experience (TBC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the MindSpace team. The post of Emotional Health Support Worker will involve working across the 10 secondary schools in Barnsley, supporting young people with early interventions around emotional health difficulties. MindSpace have supported over 1300 young people, including over 100 parents, MindSpace are recognised locally and nationally for the work with young people and families.
The team are funded from the monies attached to Future in Mind and Barnsley’s Local Transformation plan. The post is offered on a fixed term temporary contract until July 2020, with a possibility the post will be permanent.
