As part of Wellspring’s continued development across the region, the Trust requires a new Estates Manager to lead our enthusiastic site team. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed, enthusiastic individual ready for a fresh challenge.

The role will support Wellspring’s four North East Lincolnshire Academies; Beacon Secondary, Littlecoates Primary, Phoenix Park and Sevenhills Alternative Academies, who work together to provide high quality provision across the region. This portfolio may increase over time as the Trust expands.

Wellspring is in a period of growth and requires an Estates Manager who can lead and coordinate a team of operatives; supporting and ensuring the compliance of a variety of sites, ensuring that the best possible environment is provided for students and staff.
Experience in a similar role is very important to this leadership position. Further professional development opportunities come as standard at the Trust.

Salary £30,000 – £35,000
