We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant  to join our small team in supporting the day to day management of the school office and our children who all have special educational needs.

The post holder will be required to provide administrative support for the within our busy school office. This will include providing cover for the reception area, dealing with callers both in person and on the telephone.  They will also be required to undertake a wide variety of administration tasks within the school office and to demonstrate a flexible approach. Applicants should have excellent IT skills, be able to work within a team, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work with accuracy to tight deadlines in a very busy environment. Whilst not essential, previous experience of working within a school administrative role and /or HR experience is desirable.
