We are an education charity with Academies in the Primary, Secondary, Special and Alternative Education sectors.

We require an experienced and passionate Caretaker / Site Operative to join our talented and hardworking team. The post holder will support the Senior Site Operative and Estates Manager to deliver safe, fit for purpose and inspirational school environments for our young people.

The role will mainly support our Oakwell Rise Academy and on occasions may be required to work in our academies across the Barnsley Primaries Partnership.

Wellspring places great emphasis on the quality of its physical environments, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and regeneration. Wellspring is at an exciting point in its development with several pipeline academies and three new build Free Schools in development. The continuing growth of the Trust offers exciting pathways for ambitious and dynamic individuals who are determined to make a difference.
