About the Role:
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen in our Central Support Team in Barnsley, working within the HR Team. The successful applicant will be experienced in all aspects of the HR function as well as from a school/academy or local government setting.
This full-time role will support our academies on a number of HR matters, providing advice on NJC regional terms and conditions of employment as well those conditions for teaching staff. Advice on safer recruitment checks and practices, and academy contracts of employment, will feature in this role.
If you have the ability to build strong team working relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders, this could be the ideal post for you.
