Inclusion Support Workers fulfil an important role at our school, helping to build a secure and happy school atmosphere and supporting pupils to learn effectively.
Joseph Norton is an extremely special place to work. Attendance is high. Exclusions are exceedingly low and pupils make good progress over time.
