Wellspring Academy Trust is a growing Multi-Academy Trust currently supporting twenty five Academies. We are an education charity with Academies in the Primary, Secondary, Special and Alternative Education sectors.
We require an experienced and passionate Operations & Estates Manager to join our talented and hardworking team. The post holder will support the Head of Regional Operations to deliver safe, fit for purpose and inspirational school environments for our young people.

The Operations & Estates Manager will play a vital role, leading and coordinating our enthusiastic team of operatives and work in close partnership with our Academy Leaders.
The role will support Wellspring’s Special Provision Partnership across the Barnsley and Kirklees region. The role involves knowledge of facilities management services including PFI arrangements and contract management.
Wellspring places great emphasis on the quality of its physical environments, actively seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and regeneration. In recent years, the Trust has seen exponential growth through Academy conversions and the development of new Academies. The most notable new developments being three state of the art Special Schools in Leeds, a 420 place modular mainstream Primary School in Leeds and four traditional built Alternative Academies in Lincolnshire, with a total investment of over £80million.
Wellspring is at an exciting point in its development with several pipeline academies and three new build Free Schools in development. The continuing growth of the Trust offers exciting pathways for ambitious and dynamic individuals who are determined to make a difference.
