Do you want to work at an academy that believes happy staff and happy children should be at the heart of all that we do? Are you ready to take on a new and exciting opportunity to lead our dedicated administrative team with bravery and kindness? If so, then I invite you to join the team at ‘LaceyField’ the home of Eastfield Nursery and Infant Academy and Lacey Gardens Junior Academy. This role would add to our already high-skilled leadership team.
In September 2019, these two academies started their journey working together as one with a values- led culture. The staff and children at our academy are working hard on our mission to be ‘Busy Being Brilliant’. They do this using their BEEhaviours for learning and life; be brave, be kind, be in charge of me, be honest, be curious and be on the team. As the Executive Principal, I am passionate about creating greatness in the team around me, in order to achieve greatness for the children in our care. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking, innovative professional who believes that education should be based on fun, love and high expectations; for professionals who truly want to make a difference for the children, families and staff that they serve.
If your intrigue has been sparked and this message resonates with you as a professional, then I welcome you to apply. Please read the information on the website and the Wellspring Trust website. Please get in touch using the details below and good luck with your application.
