Health and wellbeing continues to be a key strategic priority for the Trust and is even more important in these unprecedented times. It is well known that exercise has a profoundly positive impact on physical and mental health and wellbeing. It relieves stress, improves memory, helps with sleep and boosts overall mood.
Our Tour de Wellspring 2020 initiative takes place between 21 -27th September 2020, in support of the National Fitness Day (23rd Sept 2020). Every member of our Wellspring Community is invited to join this wonderful initiative.
Each academy/support centre will have a Tour de Wellspring Link Person responsible for recording the activity information, details will be communicated on this shortly.
