Wellspring Academy Trust is a growing Multi-Academy Trust with Academies across Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Humber. The Trust also provides a range of extended services, including staff development and training services and outreach behaviour and care support services. As a Trust we are committed to making a difference to the lives and life chances of the young people and communities we serve.

We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Assistant to support our Procurement team through undertaking purchasing of goods and services for all the Academies across the Trust as soon as possible. The role will include engagement and negotiation with suppliers; maintaining positive supplier relationships; along with undertaking some general day to day financial administration as required. We are interested in hearing from people who:

  • have a background in the purchasing of goods and services;
  • are self-motivated, customer focused and organised;
  • enjoy working as part of an inclusive team.

The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop a career in supporting Academies within a growing Multi Academy Trust.

The role is based at Wellspring Academy Trust’s office in Barnsley.
