We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team! This position is across all four of our sites (Grantham, Lincoln, Mablethorpe and Spalding). Due to this, the applicant has a choice of which school they would like to be primarily based in (the job will require some travelling to all sites as well).

Salary is a hybrid of G7 and 8 – scale points 19 to 22. The role is term time, plus 10 working days throughout school holidays (these to be agreed with the Executive Principal / line manager). Also included in the final salary is a holiday allowance, meaning the final salary equates to 46.754 paid weeks a year.  Taking into account this working pattern, the starting salary would be £27,966.
