About the Role:

 An exciting part-time opportunity has arisen in our Central Support Team within the HR team. The successful applicant will be experienced in aspects of the HR function preferably from a school/academy or local government setting.

This role will assist all Central Support Team recruitment, termly reporting for the Trust, and will advise our academies on a number of HR matters, providing advice on NJC regional terms and conditions of employment as well those conditions for teaching staff. Advice on safer recruitment checks and practices, and academy contracts of employment, will also feature in this role.

If you have the ability to build strong team professional relationships and work with internal and external stakeholders, this could be the ideal post for you and provides an excellent opportunity to work with an Academy Trust.

The post can either be based at the head office in Barnsley, or at one of our sites in Cleethorpes, both with some current hybrid home working. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this.

The part-time 22.5 hours are the equivalent of 3 days; however, we are happy to discuss different working pattern options. These must include Fridays; other working days can be discussed.
