Staff Story Steven Wingfield

Since joining Wellspring I have completed Leadership Development programs through Positive Regard, delivered CPD sessions to our student teachers and also had the opportunity to network with other senior leaders at events such as the Leadership Conference and The Festival of Learning, all of which have been invaluable. The in-house leadership as well as the wider support of the Trust absolutely allowed me to flourish and develop. I can honestly say that I have learnt more in these last 4 years than at any other point in my career. This is simply down to the colleagues I work with, the culture the Trust portrays and the quality of support that is regularly available.
