MindSpace is a ground-breaking multi service mental health provision for children and young people in schools. This initiative links mental health professionals, educators, families and young people to provide early intervention, prevention and resilience training.
Since it’s inception in Barnsley in November 2016, MindSpace’s precursor 4:Thought has engaged with 200 young people and 63 parents and carers. The rapid success of this service inspired by young people has prompted a re-brand and broader campaign. MindSpace aims to address emerging mental health needs immediately, direct in schools.
Now proven, this powerful model of mental health support cannot be confined to Barnsley.
This sector-led initiative provides a fully-realised and scalable model that will be of substantial interest to commissioners, administrators and education professionals.
We are currently in the progress of developing our MindSpace website, which you will be able to find at www.wearemindpsace.com, but in the meantime if you wish to use our MindSpace service please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on +44 01226 444642
